Obligatory Welcome Post
Well, hello there. Fancy meeting you here. Come here often? Oh, this is your first time? Mine too. I just came here to check out the new band – I hear they’re pretty good. Stick around awhile, I may even have something interesting to say…or not.
Oh, and I’m writing a book: The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Building a Customer Loyalty Program. I plan to post snippets, excerpts, and half-baked ideas for the book over the coming months to this blog, in no particular order. No full chapters, though. You’ll have to wait until I publish the book to see those. I welcome any questions or comments you may have on each post.
